There is a 10 ticket limit per performance per household. All orders will be reviewed for duplicate accounts, bots, or other means being used to circumvent the 10 ticket limit. Fraudulent ticket orders may be cancelled without notice.

Why the limit? The ticket limit is in place to allow as many people as possible the opportunity to purchase tickets for BEETLEJUICE THE MUSICAL. All transactions online or in-person that are detected to be bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than 8 tickets, or any action that indicates a purchase in excess of the 10 ticket limit may be cancelled without consideration.

There are no refunds on tickets once they are purchased. However, ticket exchanges MAY be available for certain shows. Requests can be submitted via this LINK or phone 136 246, between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm & 10am to 5pm Saturday to Sunday.

Please note:

  • • All requests must be made no later than 7 days prior to start of the ticketed performance.
  • • Only 1 exchange per event will be allowed.
  • • A per ticket exchange fee applies in accordance with QPAC’s ticketing terms and conditions.
  • • All requests are subject to availability at the time of exchange and must be of equal value of the original ticket(s) purchased.
  • • If you wish to exchange to a higher priced ticket(s), you will be required to pay the full price of your new tickets, plus the applicable exchange fees and then a credit will be applied on your original date tickets.
  • • No exchanges or refunds can be provided after the deadlines listed above or after a performance date unless required by applicable law.
  • • Exchanges may also be available if the performance is postponed or rescheduled.

If you cannot find or do not receive your mobile tickets (from 72 hours before the performance only), we recommend the following:

Lost or replacement tickets can only be obtained at the venue box office prior to the performance and will only be issued to the original ticket purchaser/QPAC account holder upon showing valid ID.

We anticipate demand will be high for BEETLEJUICE THE MUSICAL tickets and recommend that customers book early for best availability. If the performance you wish to attend is sold out, we recommend the following:

• Look further into the season for other performances.

• Saturday matinees and evenings and Sunday matinees will be the performances that are highest in demand, so consider attending a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday evening performance.

• Continue to check back on sold-out performances in the event additional seats get released.

The performance on Saturday 27 June 2025, 2pm will be an AUDIO DESCRIBED signed performance. This performance will be preceded by a TACTILE TOUR at 12.15pm.

Running time is approx. 2 hours and 30 minutes, including intermission.

The producers cannot guarantee the appearance of any particular artist at any performance. No refunds or exchanges will be offered as a result of an artist’s unavailability to perform at any performance.

BEETLEJUICE THE MUSICAL is recommended for ages 14 or older. It contains strong language, mature subject matter, and a lot of the crazy, inappropriate stuff you would expect from a deranged demon. The production contains coarse language, mature themes, sexual references, exploration of death (including the death of a parent), references to suicide and drug use.
